PS065 Flame retardant PVC electrical Insulation Tape. Our PS065 Electrical Insulation tape is a high quality self-extinguishing plasticised PVC film particularly suitable for all general purpose electrical work, such as insulation and component construction. It is available in a wide range of colours which makes it a must for colour coding and identification purposes. The competitive price also enables its use in low cost operations such as bundling, aerial rigging, loom harnessing etc.
Works at Temperatures up to 40°C. Apply the tape using the maximum amount of pressure possible. Smoothing down to achieve 100% contact. For all electrical uses we recommend a 50% overlap on tape winding.

Part 2 Category 1 and IEC 454-3-1. The tape is flame retardant falling into the self-extinguishing category of AFERA 4009 T6 specification and BS3924 (1978) Category 2. Offers good conformability. PVC Tapes are not recommended for sealing back plates or gas fires.
